Class Preparation

  • Please book prior to your first attendance. We offer small classes which allow us to provide individual attention during practice and the healing and awakening process. Knowing the number of guests allows us to prepare the materials and equipment needed.


 

  • Avoid heavy meals within 2 hours of classes or workshops.  Light fruits or drinks 60 minutes before class is fine.


 

  • You will need:

             A water bottle and loose comfy clothing.


 

  • Our home studio is a quiet, fresh and clean sanctuary. A lot of work has gone into creating and generating great energy, flow and harmony. As in any sacred temple please respect this space by making sure you enter with a clean body and leave your shoes at the door.


 

  • It is advisable to keep your nails short (can be uncomfortable with long nails digging into flesh during some forms of practice such as fist clenching)


 

  • New clients please come 10 minutes before your classes to complete forms and connect with the teacher. Regular clients only need to come about 5 minutes before class to allow settling down and relaxing to achieve optimal state for exercise. Type your paragraph here.
